Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need parental permission.
Subscriptions
Basic is free with ads. Premium (₹199/mo in India / Rs 499/mo in Pakistan) and Family (₹299/mo in India / Rs 749/mo in Pakistan) auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds at our discretion within 7 days of charge.
Acceptable Use
Do not redistribute content, circumvent DRM, use bots/scrapers, share accounts beyond your plan limit, or use unofficial modded APKs.
Content & IP
All content is owned by FilmyBazaar or licensors. Your subscription grants a limited personal, non-commercial viewing license only.
APK Distribution
Download only from filmybazaarapp.fun. We are not responsible for third-party modified apps.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months or ₹500, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. FilmyBazaar serves users in India, Pakistan, and internationally. Disputes subject to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
